I originally posted this story back in early 2008 and it's the first fanfic I wrote that was longer than 300 words. At the time I didn't get the fic beta-ed and although there were a bunch of SPAG errors which annoyed readers, I received pretty encouraging feedback. Looking back on it I still like this fic (probably 'cos of all the sex and snark) & so I figured it was worth cleaning it up and reposting it. Many, many thanks to golden_purple18 for beta-ing.

I've been hesitant about diving into this subject matter because I don't want to over-simplify things, but it also seems weird to me that so few authors explicitly address the intersections between sexuality, gender and ethnicity. Critical comments are welcome, but please be assured I don't wish to offend anyone – in particular, the comment about bisexual girls is intended a wry observation about common uses of the term rather than as an insult to anyone's self-identification.
